John East (UK) makes some of the best pre-amps in the world. Famous especially for his J-Retro and U-Retro pre-amps John worked with us at W&T Basses to bring the best out of our basses. Both the essential East SP-2 and the articulated East/W&T U-Retro are studio-quality devices which guarantee the same outstanding level of transparency, power, dynamics and flexibility.
